IPC 6000 SERIES including HY122 & HY103 Polyetheretherketone (PEEK ) The PEEK series of compounds include mixtures of glass fibers, carbon fibers, and other fillers combined to enhance the basic heat resistance, ductility and chemical resistance of PEEK matrix.

Typical Physical Properties
These materials have excellent mechanical properties up to temperatures of 500°F, extremely resistant to attack by a wide range of organic and inorganic chemicals and also have exceptional resistance to hot water.

Applications
These materials are possible candidates for any application requiring high temperature resistance and chemical inertness.) IPC 6033 is a carbon fiber filled PEEK which is designed to replace metallic wear components in various pump applications, like wear rings, throttle bushings, bowl bushings, and others. These non-metallic parts show a significant increase in reliability and/or efficiency.
